A Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier blend which were grown on the Rathfinny Wine Estate, and it gives you beautifully delicate floral notes on the nose with hints of wild English strawberry. On the palate we get more red fruits - raspberries and caramelised red apple with a rich mousse and toasted almonds. A premium Sussex sparkling.
